You made it! You are 3 months old today. You have graduated to "infant" and are no longer considered a "newborn". You are growing so fast! Not only have I had to retire your newborn clothes, but some of your 0-3 month clothes have been forever put away as well. You are my little chubmonster and I love it!!! I can't get enough of those chubby cheeks of yours. I can't stop kissing them!
You have a few things you do now, that make us so proud! Not only do you love it now when we put you on your changing pad, but when we lean over to kiss you, you stick your tongue out. You have also started to reach out and grab things, like the little bee that hangs from your play mat. You sure do like that little blue bee. You give it such intense focus and handle it gently. You've caressed your daddy's beard a few times too. I'm sure all these new textures are full of marvel to you!
Another cute thing you just started doing is making that "raspberry" noise with your lips, like you are blowing bubbles. Sure, they're full of drooly bubbles, but so cute to watch you learn how to do new things with your mouth. You now, also, can grasp your maraca really well. You are starting to realize that if you flail your arms around, it makes noise.
I've started to part time cloth diaper you, and we are both liking it. I can't wait to build up our stash and do it full time. Your bum looks so cute, and we are helping the environment by creating less waste. Let's hope daddy and auntie carms can stick with it too.
You are growing like a weed! Today you weighed in at a whopping 14 pounds and are now 25 inches long! My little chubmonster, you are doing so well, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for us! Love, love, love you so much!
