Autumn...My favorite season.

I love fall. My favorite holidays, sweater weather, the changing colors and Pumpkins. I love everything pumpkin. I can't wait to start the fall baking. I naturally gravitate towards everything pumpkin flavored. Bread, muffins, coffee...Yum. Haven't had much time yet to start the baking, but look forward to it happening soon.

This is our first fall in Portland. It has been a bit warmer than I expected. I'm quite ready for the sweaters! But the leaves are changing and the festivities have begun! We were going to go apple picking this weekend, but unfortunately, Justin came down with a bad cold...So D and I decided to stay a little closer to home. We headed out to the Pumpkin Patch instead.

We got to go on a hay ride, jump on hay bales just like the big kids, and climb around some pretty awesome pumpkins. All in all, D and I had a pretty good day.

We're planning on hitting a patch again next weekend, though this time, with Daddy.
