My aunt, Virginia, is in town from Argentina. On Saturday, my cousin, Claudio, bbq'd "un Asado" (Argentine Style BBQ) at his place. It was Diego's first Asado and oh, my how he loved it! He was sucking the rib bones dry and would get mad if you took them away from him.
