Our first Thanksgiving in Portland (well, Justin's 2nd, as he moved up here mid November of last year).
We had Grandpa visiting for a few weeks and Great Granny decided to come up for Dinner, so we decided to host Thanksgiving dinner at our place. Our cousin's came over too, and they brought the Turkey. It was quite the feast. I made my mom's ham, one of my most favorite recipes, sadly I couldn't eat it. I was right in the middle of an Anti Candida diet, so there wasn't much I could eat. But after scouring the internets for good recipes, I found and made a few things that still made dinner feel like Thanksgiving Dinner. I even found a Anti Candida friendly pumpkin pie recipe! Overall, dinner was delicious and it was great to spend it with our families.
