So naturally, this year, I wanted to be a part of the trip again, even if it meant stressing out over the fact that I was going to be taking my 7 month old with us. I had no idea what it was going to be like with him, but he took to it like a natural. I was so stressed about the freezing cold nights, the many night wakings he still has, the crying, etc. He was a champ. I was prepared this year, for the cold. I brought a ton of blankets with me and made sure to pack D's heavier PJ's and some skull caps. I think I did a pretty good job of keeping my little boo warm at night. During the day - well, he just LOVES being outdoors, so he did really well. So many things and people to look at. Squirrels running a muck all over the place, the blue jays fighting off the finches for our crumbs, and not to mention all the friendly faces!
Our trip felt way to short. I wish we could do the whole week like the long time Leo Crew has been doing. Thanks Dilly and the rest of the peeps for letting us be a part of this great camping tradition.
PS - I even got to sneak a couple "medicine cabinet / blue van" shots this year. Woot!
D's little set up
Our new tent - had to get a bigger one to fit D in it.
Sweet Auntie Sara enjoying the campfire
We went on a hike on Saturday.
Aerial view of our campsite.
Joe (Teddy and Betsy's son - OG Leo Peeps) insisted on taking my picture holding his beer.

Making friends - I forgot this sweet little girls name but she was so cute..
And this is her twin brother...pretty adorbs.
We're the converse crew - Yeah, even D is part of the crew with his "shoe socks" that look like cons.
Every year there is a birthday party for this sweet little girl Maddie. She turned 4 this year. Here's everyone taking a celebratory Birthday Shot for her.
